Adding Additional Contacts to an Existing Sequence

You can add additional contacts to an existing sequence or lead list without affecting the current send. Here’s how:

1. Upload a New List:

   • The new list will append to your existing list.
   • Ensure the field mappings are exactly the same when uploading a new list.

2. Sequence Trigger:

   • New contacts added to an existing sequence will automatically start at step one of the sequence, regardless of where other contacts are in the sequence.
   • This process is evergreen, meaning the sequence will trigger and send emails to new contacts as they are added.
