Overview

Nureply's HubSpot integration creates a two-way connection that imports your contacts from HubSpot and tracks email engagement back to your HubSpot CRM.

Setting Up the Integration

Step 1: Connect Your HubSpot Account

  • Navigate to Integrations → CRM tab in Nureply
  • Click "Connect HubSpot"

  • You'll be redirected to HubSpot to log in and authorize the connection

Step 2: Import Your Contacts

  • When creating a new lead list in Nureply, select "Import from HubSpot"
  • You'll see all your HubSpot contact lists displayed with the number of contacts in each
  • Choose the list you want to use for your email campaign
  • Click import to copy those contacts into Nureply as leads

What You'll See in HubSpot

Once your email campaigns are running, Nureply automatically logs engagement activities directly to your HubSpot contact records. Here's what appears in each contact's activity timeline:

Email Opens:

  • A note like: "John Smith (john@company.com) opened an email at March 15, 2024 2:30 PM"

Link Clicks:

Email Bounces:

  • A note like: "An email to Mike Davis (mike@company.com) bounced at March 15, 2024 1:15 PM"

Benefits for Your Workflow

This integration ensures your HubSpot CRM stays updated with complete email engagement data, allowing you to:

  • Track which contacts are engaging with your outreach
  • See the full customer journey in one place
  • Make informed follow-up decisions based on email activity
  • Maintain accurate contact engagement history for your sales team

All email events are automatically synchronized, so you don't need to manually update contact records or switch between platforms to see campaign performance.
